Your navigation on the eshop as well as the execution of any transaction or communication with our company means your unconditional acceptance of these terms of use. Our company reserves the right to modify, renew, or upgrade, at any time and without prior notice to the user/consumer/visitor/member of the eshop (in whole or in part): a) part or all of these terms of use, b) part or all of the content of the eshop, and c) part or all of the external appearance (interface), structure, or configuration of the eshop, as well as its technical specifications. It is your responsibility to read them at regular intervals, as the Terms in effect at the time of the conclusion of the Contract (as defined below) are the applicable ones.
The company also reserves the right at any time, without justification and without prior notice to the user/consumer/visitor/member of the eshop, to cancel, suspend, or terminate the operation of the eshop. The user/consumer/member of the eshop unreservedly acknowledges and accepts all of the above solely by navigating or/and using the services of the eshop.

3. The Use of Our Website
Using this website and/or placing an order through it, you undertake:
a. Use the website only to submit legitimate inquiries or orders.
b. Do not place false or fraudulent orders. If we reasonably believe that such an order has been placed, we have the right to cancel it and inform the relevant authorities.
c. Please provide us with your email address, postal address, and/or other contact information accurately and correctly.
You also accept that we may use this information to contact you if deemed necessary. If you do not provide us with all the information we need, we cannot process your order.
By placing an order through the website, you guarantee that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
4. Sales contract – Product order.
The information contained in these Terms and the details provided on this website do not constitute a sales offer but an invitation to inform. It will not be considered that a contract has been formed between us and you regarding any products, except when your order has been expressly accepted by us. If we do not accept your order and the money has already been deducted from your account, it will be refunded in full without interest.
To place an order, you will be asked to follow the purchasing process and click the "ORDER CONFIRMATION" button. Then you will receive an email from us confirming the receipt of your order ("Order Confirmation"). The receipt of the email confirms the completion of the order and its acceptance by us.

5. Product Availability
The products offered through this website are available in Greece and abroad. All product orders are subject to their availability. In this context, in case of supply difficulties or stock depletion, we reserve the right to inform you either by phone at the number you have provided or via email, regarding similar products of equal or higher quality and value that you can order. If you do not wish to order such similar products, we will refund the amount you may have paid in full without interest.
6. Order Cancellation
We bear no responsibility to you or any third party for the withdrawal of any products from this website, as well as for the removal or processing of any material or content of the website or for the refusal to process or accept an order after we have sent you the Order Confirmation.
7. Delivery Delivery
Subject to the provisions of clause 5 above regarding product availability and provided that no exceptional circumstances arise in this case, we will make every possible effort to complete your order for the product(s) listed in the Order Confirmation by the delivery date specified in the Order Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, within the estimated time frame shown when selecting the payment method, and in any case no later than 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation. The delivery of the products is carried out through our collaborating carrier, and the shipping time is between one and three (1-3) business days from the day after the Order Confirmation. Deliveries on Saturdays or Sundays are made by arrangement with the carrier or with an additional charge.
Nevertheless, delays may occur in cases such as depending on the delivery area or in unforeseen circumstances.
If for any reason we fail to meet the delivery date, we will inform you accordingly and offer you the option to either proceed with the purchase by setting a new delivery date from our side, or to cancel the order with a full refund of the money without interest.
For the purposes of these Terms, "delivery" will be considered to have taken place or the order will be considered to have been delivered when you or a third party acting on your behalf, other than the carrier, has taken physical possession or control of the products, which will be evidenced by the signature on the order receipt at the agreed delivery address.
8. Non-delivery Non-delivery
If it becomes impossible for the carrier to deliver your order, they will leave you a note explaining where your order is and what you need to do to collect it, and they will also contact you by phone. If, after 10 days from the moment your order is available for delivery, the said order has still not been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, we will consider that you wish to cancel the Contract and the Contract will be deemed terminated. As a result of the termination of the Contract, we will refund you without interest any payment we received from you as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days from the date on which the Contract has been terminated.
In the event of the loss of your order due to a carrier error, we will inform you accordingly and will ensure that if you still wish to complete the order, we will replace and resend the same products to you; otherwise, we will refund you interest-free for any payment we received from you.

9. Transfer of Risk and Ownership of the Products
The responsibility for the products is transferred to you from the moment you or a third party acting on your behalf, other than the carrier, has acquired physical possession or control of the products. The ownership of the products passes to you either upon our full collection of all amounts due in relation to the products, including shipping costs, or upon their delivery (as defined above in clause 7 if this occurs after the collection).
10. Price and Payment
The price of each product will be as stated at any given time on our website, except in cases of obvious error. We always strive to ensure that all prices on the website are accurate; however, errors may occur. If we discover any error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to confirm the order again at the corrected correct price or to cancel it. If it is impossible to contact you, we will consider your order canceled and refund you in full for any amount you have paid. We are not obliged to supply you with any product at the incorrect lower price (even if we have sent you the Order Confirmation), in the event that the pricing error is obvious and indisputable and can reasonably be recognized by you as an incorrect price. The prices on our website include VAT but not shipping costs, in case you incur Shipping Costs. Prices may change at any time; however, subject to the specific provisions mentioned above, any changes will not affect orders for which you have already received an Order Confirmation.
To minimize the possibility of unauthorized access, your card details will be encrypted in the secure environment of the bank you will be directed to. The bank reserves the right to request pre-authorization of your card to ensure that there is sufficient credit balance to complete the transaction.
Your card will be charged upon confirmation of your order.
11. Return Policy
General Return Terms
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt, with a return to the e-shop. In this case, it is necessary to contact us by phone at +306937322635 & +306937102749 to inform us about the product to be returned and to arrange for its replacement or the refund corresponding to it.
Also, based on legislation in the European Union, consumers are provided with a minimum two-year warranty (legal warranty) as protection against defective products or products that do not match the advertised appearance or function.
It is noted that the shipping costs for the entire return process (i.e., returning the product to the store and sending the new product to you) are solely your responsibility.
It is noted that for any product return to be accepted, the item in question must not have been used, and no tags or markings (e.g., stickers, brand labels, etc.) that are on the products should have been removed. Additionally, all items must be returned in the excellent condition they were received, without any damage, without any defects (subject to the return of a defective product), and must be complete. The product to be returned must also be accompanied by the relevant proof of purchase (receipt or exchange card).
As long as the return/replacement is due to proven product defectiveness, the shipping costs of the new product will be borne by us.
e-lektron.gr is liable for compensation in the event of a lack of agreed-upon property or the existence of a defect, only if it has been caused by our fault.
The returned products are your responsibility until they reach us. Make sure they are properly packaged and cannot be damaged during transportation. Any damage incurred by the product during its return to us is solely your responsibility.
To avoid any inconvenience on your part, we recommend that you carefully check the condition of the products and the intactness of their packaging and labels at the time of delivery of your order, in order to identify any visible defects.
Returns that we receive outside the terms of our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your own expense.
